Help Put Scott Wagner on the Ballot!

Your support is vital to getting Scott Wagner’s name on the ballot for Waukesha County Circuit Court Judge. Please make sure to read the instructions before circulating the papers below. 

Instructions For Preparing Nomination Papers For Nonpartisan Office

First, thank you so very much for agreeing to help K. Scott Wagner by circulating nomination papers so that he can be on the Spring 2025 ballot in the April election. Even a partially completed form (with less than 10 signatures) is greatly appreciated. There are some general nomination instructions (contained on a separate sheet) for your review, but here are some important details:

AS A CIRCULATOR:

1. You must be eligible to vote in the State of Wisconsin (that means over the age of 18).
2. You must personally collect the signatures by presenting the nomination form to each signer and observing the signature. You cannot leave the form unattended.
3. Please do not modify the nomination form in any way.
4. You must fully fill out the certification at the bottom of each form, including your complete address and municipality. Electors must list the exact, specific municipality of their physical residence. For example, use Village of Menomenee Falls, not Menomenee Falls. Also, circulators must list their specific municipality on the certification on the bottom of the page.
5. After you collect all the names on a form, you must sign and date the certification.  Do not fill in anything in the Page No. box.

FOR SIGNERS (ELECTORS):

1. You must be eligible to vote in Waukesha County (a resident over the age of 18).
2. You must sign your full legal name (no initials) and provide the full address of where you reside (not your mailing address) and check the box for town/city/village.  Do not use a P.O. Box.
3. You can sign for only one candidate for BRANCH 1, WAUKESHA COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT. There are other branches on the April, 2025 ballot, but K. Scott Wagner is running for Branch 1.
